steamed choc cake
1) 1 cup water
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
(heat and boil all of these)
2) 250 g butter beat with 250 g castor sugar
+
5 eggs
+
250 g plain flour
+
1 teasponn baking powder
1+2
2 hours steam
